How to maintain wooden tableware

1. Cleaning

Wooden tableware should be cleaned in time. After using wooden spoons, wooden spatulas and other tools, rinse them with warm water in time.

When cleaning wooden utensils, it is recommended to use neutral dishwashing liquid, together with hand, dishwashing sponge or other cleaning tools that will not hurt the wooden spoon and spatula, to clean them.

2. Odor removal

Wooden tableware has been used for a long time and has a bad smell. We can mix hot water and white vinegar in a ratio of 1:1, soak wooden utensils in vinegar water for about 30 minutes, and then rinse the utensils with hot water and wipe them dry~

3. Remove stains

If there is dirt in the wooden tableware that is difficult to remove, it can be easily removed with baking soda.

First, prepare a spoonful of baking soda powder and pour it on the surface of a bowl sized wooden tableware (the amount of baking soda powder can be adjusted appropriately according to the size of tableware); Next, prepare a fresh lemon, squeeze the lemon juice onto baking soda powder, gently rub it with your fingers, and finally rinse the wooden utensils with water.

If the dirt is not completely removed, the above steps can be repeated or a little coarse salt can be added to the baking soda powder for better decontamination effect.
